DGC hires new oil and gas project review coordinator

The state Division of Governmental Coordination has hired Sam Shepard as an oil and gas project review coordinator. He has worked for the Alaska Legislature and the office of the Governor. Shepard will be co-located with Kaye Laughlin in the Joint Pipeline Office in Anchorage. He replaces Tom Atkinson.
