Effective Aug. 16, Mike Richter, Phillips Alaska Inc.’s vice president of exploration and land, will swap jobs with R.P. “Rick” Mott, a Phillips executive who is currently serving as Eurasia exploration manager for the firm’s worldwide exploration group.
