Providing coverage of Alaska and northern Canada's oil and gas industry

Arctic Oil & Gas has begun OTC trading

A company making claims to vast swaths of Arctic seabed announced on Jan. 22 it has begun trading on the National Association of Securities Dealers OTC.

Arctic Oil & Gas Corp., formerly Bulldog Financial Inc., will trade under the name AOAG.

Arctic Oil & Gas arose after a buying spree this past November, where it picked up assets from Strategic Nine Corp., Sterling Oil and Gas and the United Oil and Gas Consortium, a group claiming exclusive rights to develop oil prospects in a 3,000 square mile area of seabed in international waters of the Arctic Ocean, including areas far off the coast of Alaska.
