The Alaska Chapter of the International Association of Drilling Contractors presented awards to the following drilling rigs and contractors at its banquet on Jan. 27 in Anchorage:

Individual rig awards

Schlumberger, CT Unit 4 — 2,371 days (operator - Phillips; operator - ADW)

Nabors Alaska Drilling, Rig 3S — 2,300 days (operator - Phillips; operator ADW)

Nabors Alaska Drilling, Rig 4ES — 2,020 days (operator - ADW)

Nabors Alaska Drilling, Rig 160 — 1,913 days (operator - Forest)

Doyon Drilling Inc., Rig 19 — 1,217 days (operator - Phillips)

Schlumberger, CT Unit 7 — 1,519 days (operator - ADW)

Nabors Alaska Drilling, Rig 22-E — 1,044 days (operator - ADW)

Nabors Alaska Drilling, Rig 33-E — 823 days (operator - ADW)

Nabors Alaska Drilling, Rig 9-ES — 750 days (operator - ADW)

Doyon Drilling Inc., Rig 141 — 704 days (operator - Phillips; operator - ADW)

Nordic Calista Services, Rig 1 — 656 days (operator - ADW)

Nabors Alaska Drilling, CDR-1 — 618 days (operator - Phillips; operator - ADW)

Nabors Alaska Drilling, Rig 7-ES — 474 days (operator - ADW)

Nordic Calista Services, Rig 3 — 419 days (operator - Phillips)

Rig awards are based on successfully operating at least 365 days without a lost time accident during the calendar year

Contractor awards

Best record under 100,000 manhours — Schlumberger

Best records under 500,000 manhours — Tie, Doyon Drilling and Nordic Calista Services

Best record over 500,000 manhours — Nabors Alaska Drilling
