The implications of emerging national and international climate policy for Alaskans will be presented by Dr. Matthew Berman of the Institute for Social and Economic Research at the Anchorage Chapter of the International Association for Energy Economics, on Wednesday Jan. 20 at 12 noon at the BP Energy Center.
