Swift Energy acquires Louisiana properties for $26.4M

Exploration and production independent Swift Energy said Jan. 3 it closed the acquisition of EnerVest Management Partners oil and gas properties in Louisiana for $26.4 million. The properties are in the Cote Blanche Island field in St. Mary’s Parish and the Bay de Chene field in Lafourche and Jefferson parishes. The acquisition was financed by cash on hand and borrowing.
