Economic analysis of in-state gas pipeline topic of May 19 presentation in Anchorage

Zhenhua Rui, a current Ph.D. student in energy management with an M.S. in natural resource and applied economics at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, will present “An economic analysis of an Alaska (in-state) natural gas pipeline” at the Anchorage Chapter of the International Association of Energy Economics on Wednesday, May 19, at noon at the BP Energy Center.

Rui is the winner of the 2010 IAEE $1,000 scholarship prize for best original research in energy economics by an Alaska college student.

The presentation is free and open to the public. No R.S.V.P. required.
