Enstar rate base
The article “Some in, some out” in the Oct. 1 issue of Petroleum News incorrectly states that the Regulatory Commission of Alaska requires Enstar Natural Gas Co. to remove from its rate base the cost of developing a short pipeline for expediting the delivery of gas from the Cook Inlet Natural Gas Storage Alaska facility on the Kenai Peninsula. In fact, the commission is allowing Enstar to include the cost of this pipeline in the utility’s rate base. Petroleum News apologizes for the confusion.
