Oil Patch Bits: Unique Machine puts chopper on display

Unique Machine and Orange County Choppers had a special chopper built to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Statehood for Alaska. The bike was put on display at the Dena’ina Center in Anchorage in January for the Statehood Celebration, after which Unique Machine will display the bike at various Anchorage locations. A drawing will be held in March, with 50 percent of the proceeds going to the Children’s Hospital at Providence. A subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation of America, Unique Machine is the largest machine shop in Alaska.
