Alliance sponsors pre-OCS hearing march

The Alaska Support Industry Alliance is sponsoring a march prior to the Alaska OCS energy hearing to be hosted by U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar on April 14.

The hearing begins at 9 a.m. at the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center in downtown Anchorage.

The march will begin at Anchorage Town Square in front of the Performing Arts Center. The Alliance is asking supporters of jobs to meet at 8 a.m. at Anchorage Town Square and to bring signs with messages about why outer continental shelf development is important.
