Oil Patch Bits: M-I Swaco acquires Chemtech

M-I Swaco said April 2 that it had expanded its offering of production chemicals and related technologies in the United States with the acquisition of Chemtech, based in Broussard, La. The acquisition will allow M-I Swaco to bring value-added services to its current customers and widen their choice of production technology providers.
