Oil Patch Bits: UMIAQ announces new associate civil engineer

Cindy J. Titus, P.E., has joined UMIAQ’s engineering department as a civil engineer and will be based in Barrow, Alaska. Titus is a Colorado State University graduate and a registered professional engineer in civil engineering. Her experience includes 10 years of engineering oversight, planning, permitting, design and construction oversight of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Program management experience includes developing, mapping, and implementing integrated processes for contracting and procurement activities across programs controls and contracts, and coordination with client and consultants.

Titus’s recent project experience includes the following projects: Fargo-Moorhead Area Flood Diversion Project in North Dakota, Ruth Burnett Sport Fish Hatchery in Fairbanks, North Slope Borough Wastewater Treatment Plant in Barrow and the Toolik Research Station Well House and Water Treatment System in the Brooks Range.
