Mining News: AIDEA aims to end Healy clean coal deal

The Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority said it served notice to Homer Electric Association that it is terminating a 2006 agreement with the utility to place the Healy Clean Coal Project in operation. AIDEA said it is taking the action as part of its continuing efforts to get the moth....
