NPS pulls comment on BLM frack rule
Park Service’s submittal did not receive appropriate review and was not signed; BLM continues to process 1.35 million comments

The U.S. National Park Service has come under fire from a Utah congressman for the comments it submitted to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management on that agency’s revised hydraulic fracturing rule. As a result, NPS has requested that its comments be withdrawn.
