Marathon Oil Co. plans to drill two gas wells from onshore to leases the company holds in state waters off the Kenai Peninsula. The wells are part of Marathon’s application to the Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas, to form the Kasilof unit some five miles south of Cape....
