A. Our people, our processes and our technology.

People: With a network of over 1,000 highly skilled professionals, Percheron can help connect you with licensed, certified and reliable industry experts who know how to handle your projects the right way. And even though we’re one of the largest businesses of our kind in the country, we go the extra mile to serve every customer as if you are our only customer.

Processes: Tracking the multiple disciplines of a linear project can seem impossible with limited internal resources. That’s why Percheron implemented the Program Management Office (PMO), offering a single point-of-contact across Percheron’s service offerings.

Our PMO analysts evaluate the project at its onset and document the project’s scope of work, expected deliverables, key milestones and budget. Throughout the project, our analysts monitor productivity and cost as they relate to the original project scope and provide complete project transparency. In addition, the PMO analysts conduct internal audits throughout the project to assess the quality of the output as well as ensure the deliverables meet scope requirements. Finally, through effective stakeholder and communication management, PMO tracking reports allow macro-level tracking of project deliverables, timelines and costs and notify key stakeholders of potential issues before they become critical problems.

Technology: Through Nsite Technology, Percheron offers a cutting-edge web-based GIS reporting tool. These web-based tools offer an easily accessible, fully integrated business intelligence resource that gives you dashboard-delivered information throughout all phases of your projects. This represents complete coverage for feasibility, survey, acquisition, environmental, construction and document management. Percheron offers the resources needed to ensure the accuracy and proven performance for total project assurance.
