Arctic Directory: American Tire acquires land for Washington plant
In line with its objective of becoming the “largest and best manufacturer” for 63-inch and 57-inch tires, American Tire Corp. said in August that is has purchased a 22,605,000-square-foot (about 2,100,000 square meters) parcel of land for one of its new plants in Washington, and intends to purchase another piece of land of similar size to “support its long-term development in the OTR tire industry.”
