Chad D. Gerondale graduated from Pacific University in 1994 with a dual major in Business Administration and Humanities with a concentration in Literature. In 2010 he received his Masters of Science in Management with a concentration in Project Management.

He enjoys meeting new people and finding out about their interests, careers, life stories and learning from their mistakes and successes.

Gerondale and his wife Rebecca have four children that look forward to having a dog in the near future.
