Statoil moves toward Chukchi drilling

Following a successful 3-D seismic survey in its Chukchi Sea leases in the fall of 2010, Statoil has identified “positive indications” from the seismic data and plans to take the first steps towards some exploration drilling, Statoil lead geoscientist April Parsons told the National Marine Fisheries....
