Enbridge moving to rail to fill pipeline gaps

Enbridge, like its cross-town rival TransCanada (see story on page 1), is being forced to take a crude-by-rail position, including plans to build a unit train unloading terminal in Illinois, but it also reports that some of its shipping volumes are returning from rail to its Bakken and Saskatchewan....
