Harbour, Johnson named to Regulatory Commission of Alaska

Gov. Frank Murkowski has named Dave Harbour and Mark Johnson to the Regulatory Commission of Alaska. Harbour's term begins immediately. He replaces Patricia DeMarco whose term expired last year.
