Enhanced pipeline bill becomes law and will spur new NDIC rules
New rules governing gathering pipelines are on the horizon as North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple signed House Bill 1358 on April 20, allowing the state’s Industrial Commission to strengthen its regulatory oversight of the pipelines.
