A federal court judge has ruled that Teck Cominco Ltd., owner and operator of the Red Dog Mine in Northwest Alaska, violated the federal Clean Water Act by discharging treated wastewater into a nearby stream. U.S. District Court Judge John Sedwick in Anchorage found that Red Dog exceeded limits set....
