Two industry organizations are counting on Canada logging its two busiest drilling years on record in 2003 and 2004, with the prospect of breaking the 20,000-well barrier this year. The Petroleum Services Association of Canada has raised the bar for 2003 to 20,400 wells, close to 1,000 wells above....
