Arctic Directory: Arctic Wire Rope celebrates 30 years with open house
Arctic Wire Rope and Supply said April 22 that it is holding an open house on May 8 to celebrate 30 years of customer appreciation. “We like to extend a thanks to those who have done business with for so many years”, said General Manager Mark Lamoureux. Customer service has been a mainstay for Arctic Wire Rope and Supply, a full-service wire rope and nylon sling manufacturing plant. Also stocking crane and winch lines, rigging hardware, chain and anchors, cordage and can provide onsite rigging inspections.
During the open house there will be a few demonstrations, drawings, as well as representatives from The Crosby Croup, the world renowned manufacturer of rigging products, providing its famous Louisiana shrimp boil, and Bridon American, a domestic wire rope manufacturer will also be present.
Arctic Wire Rope and Supply specializes in U.S. made products used in the oil and gas, construction, mining, fishing and marine industries.
Eric McCallum founded the company in 1983. The event, held at 6407 Arctic Spur Road in Anchorage, will be from 4-7 p.m. on May 8.
