SM Energy and Hess led in the number of new spacing unit applications that the North Dakota Industrial Commission is considering in March. Combined, the two companies are asking the commission to create a total of 38 new overlapping 2,560-acre spacing units in Divide, McKenzie, Mountrail and William....
