Sen. Hollis French helped write the outgoing oil and gas tax regime known as ACES. Now heís advocating for another change. He wants the public to get behind a repeal of Senate Bill 21, Gov. Sean Parnellís rewrite that sets aside ACES as of Jan. 1, 2014.
