BP PLC reported income of $2.64 billion for the fourth quarter on a pro forma basis, up 49 percent from the results a year ago. The London-based company made $2.29 billion in the third quarter. The pro forma measurement subtracts special items, so it’s not directly comparable with results for U.S. c....
