Here’s one to boggle the mind — oil hitting $75 a barrel. A remote prospect, but not out of the question either according to an assessment by Vincent Lauerman, a senior economist at the Canadian Energy Research Institute. And even that figure falls short of the $80 “worst-case” scenario developed....
