Competing House and Senate bills designed to focus efforts to create an in-state gas pipeline merged April 12 in the Senate Resources Committee with passage of a substitute for House Bill 369. The bill was scheduled in Senate Finance April 15 and appeared to have a chance of passing the Legislature....
