EIA forecasts Brent to average $65 in 2020

The U.S. Energy Information Administration’s August Short-Term Energy Outlook, released Aug. 6, says Brent crude oil spot prices averaged $64 per barrel in July, almost unchanged from June, but $10 lower than the price in July 2018.
