The U.S. Energy Information Administration s forecasting a North Sea Brent average crude oil price of $61 a barrel this year and $70 in 2016. The agency said in its May 12 Short-Term Energy Outlook that the forecast prices are $1 per barrel higher for this year and $5 per barrel lower for next year....
