Arctic Directory April 2015: Crowley acquisition named ‘Deal of the Year’

Acquisition International Magazine has named the Crowley Maritime Corp. acquisition of Accord Ship Management Ltd. and Accord Marine Management Pvt. Ltd. as the Asia Pacific region’s “Deal of the Year.” The acquisition of a majority interest in the companies, which took place in March 2014 and marked the formation of Crowley Accord Management Pvt.
