Baker Hughes plans 3,500 more jobs and 140 facility closures
Just two days after Schlumberger announced it was cutting an additional 11,000 jobs, Baker Hughes announced April 21 that it will cut a total of 10,500 jobs company-wide, 3,500 more positions than the company initially planned to cut.
