North Dakota flaring inches back to 30%

The percentage of produced natural gas that is flared at wellheads in North Dakota increased two percentage points in November, pushing flaring back up to the 30 percent mark. In October, flaring in the state stood at 28 percent.
That 2 percent increase, according to Department of Mineral Resources....
