New drilling contractor readies rig

Kuukpik/H&R Drilling Alaska LLC, a new oil and gas drilling contractor in Alaska, is moving a Rigmasters 850 rig to the Unocal Swanson River field for an expected mid-June startup, Unocal Alaska Inc. told PNA May 17.
At the helm of the new company is Dale Larsen, former head of Pool Alaska Drilling....
