Arctic Directory March 2016: Arctic Slope Regional Corp. announces new acquisition

Arctic Slope Regional Corp. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Data Networks Corp. by its wholly owned subsidiary ASRC Federal. Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, DNC has been providing a broad range of information technology and program management services to federal government customers for more than 30 years.

“This acquisition demonstrates ASRC’s continued commitment to diversifying and growing our government services portfolio,” said Rex A. Rock Sr., president and CEO of ASRC. Mark Gray, president and CEO of ASRC Federal added, “The acquisition of DNC meets important objectives established by ASRC Federal’s strategic plan. Specifically, this acquisition expands our position in key federal IT markets, most notably health IT, while also augmenting our existing capabilities and services.”

Going forward, DNC will be a subsidiary of ASRC Federal. ASRC Federal’s family of companies provide engineering, information technology, logistics and professional/program management services to help government customers achieve mission success.
