Bobby Hanson, Commercial Leasing Manager

Bobby Hanson started with Fountainhead Development in 2014 with a desire to pursue real estate development opportunities after an 8 year career as a commercial insurance broker. Hanson manages lease negotiations, tenant improvement projects and day to day operations of Fountainhead’s commercial real estate operations.

Hanson was born, raised, and educated in Fairbanks and holds a BBA and an MBA in Finance from the University of Alaska - School of Management. He has served on the Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce board of directors since 2014, and is a past president of the Alaska Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers. While not on the clock, he enjoys DIY improvement projects, and traveling to new destinations for half marathons with his wife, Amy.
