Denver, Colo.-based American Eagle Energy Corp. said Oct. 7 that it has closed on the first part of a previously announced $45 million acquisition in its Williston Basin Spyglass Project area in northwest Divide County. The company acquired 9,700 net acres in Spyglass with production of 750 barrels....
