Mexico allows Shell to proceed with LNG terminal

Mexico has issued an environmental permit allowing Shell to proceed with plans for a $600 million LNG regasification terminal in Baja, California. The facility is scheduled to come on stream in 2007 at 1.3 billion cubic feet per day, with the gas being sold to Mexican power plants and industrial use....
