Arctic Directory April 2015: UIC Construction names Arterburn as GM

UIC Design, Plan, Build announced Clayton Arterburn has been named UIC Construction’s general manager.

A life-long resident of Willow, Alaska, Arterburn holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Central Washington University. Prior to being appointed general manager he worked for UICC for nine years, most recently as a senior project manager. With more than 23 years of construction industry experience, Arterburn began in the field working his way through college as a laborer, operator and carpenter. His portfolio includes large-scale civil, residential, commercial, marine and industrial projects. As general manager Arterburn is responsible for the oversight and planning of the organization and supervision of all project staff and will maintain organization levels for productivity, quality, safety, and client value and will also review project management systems and provide constructability analysis using his extensive construction managerial knowledge, making him an important member of the UIC Design, Plan, Build team.
