DNR annual ANS production forecast up from 1999

Increase over last year’s figures begins in 2006, continues through 2020 at about 100,000 barrels per day

The Department of Natural Resources Division of Oil and Gas has released its annual production forecast for the North Slope. Estimates begin at 1,070,371 barrels a day in calendar year 2000, rise to 1,088,026 barrels a day in 2002 and drop to 408,110 barrels a day in 2021. Average daily production....
