Arctic Oil & Gas Directory: TDS reminds Alaskans its tire changeover season

Tire Distribution Systems Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bridgestone, said Sept. 20 that they want to remind you it is snow tire season. It became legal to install steel studs on Sept. 15 north of 60 North Latitude and will be legal south of 60 North Latitude on Sept. 30.

TDS only uses steel studs and carries brands such as Bridgestone Blizzaks, Cooper Discover M &S and Firestone winterforce tires.

Comprised of dynamic industry leaders who provide outstanding full-service tire work, TDS has two locations in Alaska; 1150 E. International Airport Rd., Anchorage and 3601 S. Cushman, Fairbanks.
