A story on page 11 in the April 26 issue of Petroleum News, “Judge sides with AVCG on contract,” was incorrect and is being pulled from Petroleum News’ archives.
The story incorrectly said the judge had ruled; AVCG has sought a ruling but the court has not issued a ruling.
A corrected version of the story will appear in the May 3 issue.
Petroleum News regrets the error.
