Arctic Directory: CONAM welcomes Bill Binford to its executive team

Bill Binford, P.E., PMP has joined CONAM Construction Co. as North Slope area manager. Reporting to Dale Kissee, CONAM’s operations manager, Binford will be responsible for managing construction operations and project development in support of the company’s North Slope clients in the oil and gas and power sectors. Working in concert with CONAM’s President Bob Stinson, he will also be responsible for business development for CONAM, as well as other subsidiary companies of CONAM’s parent, Quanta Services Inc. Binford has more than 30 years of experience in construction and project management and more than 13 years of Alaska North Slope project experience.
