Oil Patch Bits: Northwest Technical Services

Northwest Technical Services was incorporated in the State of Alaska in 1980. Its original mission was to provide contract design and drafting support to the oil industry in Alaska. Since then, NWTS has expanded its services to include all areas of professional, technical, administrative, and craft personnel support. In 1982, NWTS was purchased by PDS Tech.

Theresa G. Guim, General Manager

Theresa Guim is the new general manager for the Northwest Technical Services/PDS Tech Inc. Anchorage office. Guim is the prior human resource director for Alyeska Pipeline Service Co. and has more than 15 years of experience in human resource management. She is a graduate of UCLA Business School of Management; additional academic background includes Bachelor of Science, business management studies at Wayland Baptist University and University of Phoenix.
