State considering lease transfers in August
The Alaska Department of Natural Resources is considering several requests to transfer small royalty interests in leases at the Redoubt unit, on the west side of Cook Inlet.
The estate of William Hieronymus wants to transfer interests in three leases - ADL 381003, ADL 381201 and ADL 381203 - to Kay Wilson Boyd. The estate of Urban L. Throm wants to transfer interests in four leases - ADL 374002, ADL 378114, ADL 381201 and ADL 381203 - to Theodora Throm. The interests are all less than 1 percent.
The state is also considering a request from Hilcorp Alaska LLC to transfer a 30 percent working interest and 25.25 percent in lease ADL 17602 at the Trading Bay unit to Cook Inlet Energy LLC. Hilcorp also wants to transfer a 1 percent overriding royalty interest in the lease to a subsidiary. The Trading Bay unit is on the west side of Cook Inlet.
Finally, the state is considering a request from G.H.D. Heritage Properties Ltd. to transfer a 0.210366 percent royalty interest in lease ADL 51667 at the Point Thomson unit to the James Herman Doelling Trust. The Point Thomson unit is on the eastern North Slope.
