Oil patch bits: Coffman Engineers celebrates successful interns
Petroleum News
Coffman Engineers said Aug. 6 that it is proud to celebrate and congratulate its 2021 engineering interns for a year of successful internships across several engineering disciplines.
Coffman’s outstanding interns this year include Tommi Crist, who is a civil engineering ANSEP student at the University of Alaska Anchorage; Jude Gabriel, an electrical engineering student at the University of Portland; Benjamin Bitler, a mechanical engineering student at Montana Tech; and Austen Eriksson, a mechanical engineering student at Montana State University. Each of these aspiring engineers are Alaskans pursing engineering excellence. During their internship at Coffman, they have gained practical engineering experience while being positive contributors to the team.
Each year, Coffman hosts summer interns to provide support to all of its engineering disciplines. Many of its summer interns have accepted full time positions at Coffman after graduating college. Coffman’s internship program has proven to be an excellent way for the firm to get extra support during busy summer months while providing interns with real world engineering experience.
Coffman wishes all its 2021 interns all the best as they finish their degrees and begin their careers in the coming years.
