PETROLEUM DIRECTORY: Lounsbury forms joint venture with village corporation Nunamiut

Lounsbury and Associates has announced the formation of Nunamiut/Lounsbury LLC, a joint venture between Lounsbury and Nunamiut Corp., the village corporation for Anaktuvuk Pass. Nunamiut/Lounsbury will pursue engineering and surveying contracts in support of oil and gas exploration and development on the North Slope.

Lounsbury has operated in Alaska since 1949 and provides professional surveying, engineering, planning and project management services. The firm has designed road improvement projects throughout Anchorage, as well as carrying out comprehensive permitting, planning, platting, utility and drainage projects statewide.
