AOGCC sets Tolsona hearing date

The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has set a Sept. 12 date for a public hearing on its proposed enforcement action against Tolsona Oil and Gas Exploration for Tolsona’s failure to follow approved permit requirements at the Tolsona 1 well (see stories in June 4 and July 9 issues of Petroleum News).

Tolsona requested the public hearing, which will begin at 10 a.m. at the AOGCC offices at 333 W. 7th Avenue in Anchorage.

The commission said written comments regarding Tolsona’s failure to follow approved permit requirements for the well may be submitted to the commission and must be received no later than conclusion of the Sept. 12 hearing.
